How billing works

What counts as an active contractor?: Everyone you track who isn't archived, including invites not yet accepted. Archive a contractor when a job ends and they stop counting.
What counts as a unit?: Every unit you've added, occupied or not.
What happens when I reach the limit?: You can't add the next contractor or unit until you move up a plan. Everything you already track keeps working.
How do I move up?: When you add the one that crosses into the next plan, we show you the new price and ask you to confirm. You pay the difference for the rest of the billing period.
And down?: At your next renewal, your plan follows how many you track then.
Is there a free trial?: The free plan is the trial, and it doesn't end.
Can I cancel?: Monthly plans: cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the month, with no refund for the current month. Annual plans: a full refund within 14 days; after that, no refund.
If a payment fails?: We retry and email you for 14 days. After that your account moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted, and every contractor stays tracked and reminded.
How do I pay?: By card. Annual plans over $1,000 can also pay by invoice or bank transfer. Prices are in US dollars.
Do my contractors ever pay?: No. Contractors and residents use COI Trackr free, forever.
